Today's educator has a huge impact on the next generation.  This is in large part to the growing number of broken homes.  It's vital to show the students of today that they matter.  Once students know you care they are more likely to work hard and give it their all.

Life is full of peaks and valleys.  Ben understands the importance of empathy and understanding.  His aim is to walk beside people and support them on their own personal journey.  He also is a believer in Brene Brown's message, "Staying vulnerable is a risk we have to take if we want to experience connection."

Family first.

Ben's a husband to his wife, Amy and they have two teenage boys, Drew and Troy.  Ben enjoys spending days at the ball field, weekends in the robotics arena and evenings hanging out with his wife.  Ben strives to be a great dad and husband each and every day.
